In our 12-hour solstice immersion, we will hold time and space for you. Retire your devices, surrender to your breath and being. We will bring you into harmony with yoga, meditation, breath work and a cacao sound bath…
Location: The Forest Garden Shovelstrode, East Grinstead
This 1-day retreat takes place in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The main retreat space is in a big beautiful 9m tent in a woodland retreat next to a pond.
There is free parking on site and it is a short taxi from East Grinstead station.

Programme
This is an ecotherapy retreat aimed at improving your wellbeing and reconnecting you to nature. It will be led by our two facilitators; Susannah and Guillaume.
There are spaces available for a massage or acupuncture for an extra charge of £25 for 30 minutes.
There is a modern, clean toilet and shower block with hot water only a couple of minutes from your accommodation.

Facilitators
Guillaume Feldman
Guillaume has practised meditation for over 15 years, and conservation for over 25 years. He has blended these two passions and now specialises in ecotherapy and nature connection
Susannah McCarthy
Susannah has been practising yoga for 25 years and teaching with the British Wheel of Yoga for 15. She runs her own small classes through her company Reyoga and brings an outside ethic, with ‘wild yoga’, believing the therapeutic benefits of outdoor practice can stimulate a closer relationship to the environment
Emmanuel Tetteh
Emmanuel is trained in massage, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture
